History / Background

initiate Consulting has been trading successfully since 1998.  We are a cash positive business with the financial muscle to stay the course. We have also achieved year on year growth. Our success has been achieved in the main through repeat and referral business. We started with a core set of clients in the transport sector.

We have subsequently widened our client base and sector experience to include commercial development, investment banking, health, automotive and corporate blue chip clients with large asset portfolios.

The business was established off the back of practical experience of large scale investments in the commercial development, power generation, automotive and rail sectors in conjunction with the pre-inception, inception and feasibility stages of capital investment programmes and projects. This experience is supplemented by years of practical experience in delivery of capital programmes and projects. We also undertook significant research with Leeds University into the anatomy of major projects, all of which reinforced our conviction of the need to focus more effort into the front end .
